  • Simply download the EasyGas App from your play store and register yourself on the App. You can then book your gas cylinder in 3 clicks ! No Documents required ! Alternatively, you can call on our EasyGas customer Support number 1800-833-5855

  • You can book your refill by calling our EasyGas customer Support number 1800-833-5855

  • You do not require any document proof for getting a new connection from EasyGas ! you just need to register on the app with your basic information like your email address and your phone number and you will be able to get a new connection.

  • The driver contact number will be visible while “tracking order”, once the order has been confirmed.

  • Please reach out to our toll-free care number 1800-833-5855 (9 AM – 6PM) and share your order Id in order to get the order cancelled. In case of a pre-payment, your refund will be diverted to your bank account in 5 working days.

  • For double connection. Order a new connection and a spare cylinder. a. Total cost excluding Gas Cost is INR 2950, INR 1400x2 (refundable deposit*) and INR 150 as service charges for every connection *Please check the Terms for Refund b. Price of Gas changes every month basis international market prices & Market territory. Please visit “Know my Price” section to know price for this month c. Other Cost for accessories such as regulator and hosepipe.

  • The delivery will be made within 24 hr from the time of ordering as per your convenience.

  • Payments on the EasyGas App are extremely simple ! You can simply use UPI payment on receiving the delivery of your cylinder!

  • Please visit “Manage My cylinder” section and request for surrender. Or You can call on our EasyGas customer Support number 1800-833-5855 to surrender the LPG connection

  • In case of a surrender, the deposit amount (Rs.1400/-) is 100% refundable after 1 year, 50% (Rs.700/-) refundable before 1 year from the date of Connection. The regulator charges, hose pipe charges and installation charges, if applicable are non-refundable.

  • There will be no transfer process as such. Just inform your customer support and they will check if your new home is in the delivery radius. In case, it is out of the delivery radius, you shall have to submit the cylinder by informing the customer support. A pickup will be arranged and your deposit will be refunded in 5 working days from the date of pick up. In case your new home is in our delivery radius, you can simply carry the cylinder with you and change your address in the EasyGas App at the earliest to facilitate your next delivery.

  • A pressure regulator is a control device that maintains a safe and uniform flow of gas at the burner end.

  • LPG, also known as cylinder gas, is a colorless and odorless gas. However, LPG is aromatized at the refineries for a possible leakage to be detected immediately. The gas is composed of 70% butane and 30% propane. It is an inflammable gas heavier than air.

  • No. The design and size of Pressure Regulators provided by Government Oil Companies differ to that of private companies. All of Total's Pressure Regulators are designed with a unique extra safety feature called Excess Flow Check Valve that ensures automatic closure of the regulator to arrest the gas flow in case of emergencies.

  • You should check the hose pipe regularly for any cracks or damage due to stress. However, it is recommended to change your hose pipe every 3 years and your pressure regulator every 5 years even if they appear to be in a good condition as they may have internal wear and cracks that may not be visible easily. The hose between the cylinder and the burner should be in one piece and its length should not exceed 1.5 meters

  • Ensure that your cylinder is installed by the service personnel. If you believe that there is a possible leakage from the seams, you should check it by using soap bubbles or the Leakage Control Liquid that we have prepared exclusively for such incidences. Detection for leakages should under no circumstances be made by using an open flame (match, lighter etc.). In the event that leakage from the seams occurs

  • In case of Gas leakage beyond working hours and on holidays, you can contact Emergency Service Cell (ESC) operating in your area.

  • Yes. All registered EasyGas consumers are insured against the outcome of an accident at their registered premises due to LPG.
